December 2013 marks the date when the duo began their active career. It happened by chance, when they were asked to join forces to entertain a gastronomic event in La Laguna for a small group of guests. However, during the rehearsals to prepare that first performance, Daniel Ferreiro and Jorge Chaick realised the naturalness and complicity that flowed between them when interpreting and choosing the songs. Their connection was not casual, but innate. Thus, the only challenge was to adapt to two acoustic guitars and two voices those songs that have moved them throughout their lives; among others, some of David Bowie, Sade, Queen and a long list of artists that have influenced them, such as Pearl Jam, Radiohead, Portishead, U2. All of them have given rise to a repertoire that has been enriched as the duo has been consolidating and now has around thirty songs. The truth is that Ferreiro & Chaick have only known each other for a few years, but when they talk about music they both have the feeling that they have known each other all their lives.
